Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Jaaydaad website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Jaaydaad (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. The Services
Jaaydaad provides an online platform to discover, list, and inquire about real estate properties. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Listings are provided by third-party dealers, agents, and property owners; we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to use the Services in a binding way. Dealer and agent accounts on our portal are subject to separate registration rules, verification, and acceptable-use policies we communicate at signup or in the dashboard.
3. User conduct
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent property information
- Harass users, scrape the site in violation of our technical limits, or attempt unauthorized access
- Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws in Pakistan or your jurisdiction
- Upload malware or interfere with the security or performance of the Services
4. Listings and transactions
Property details (price, area, location, availability) are supplied by listers. Jaaydaad is not a party to any sale, lease, or negotiation between you and a lister. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence, inspections, and legal verification before entering into any agreement.
5. Intellectual property
The Jaaydaad name, logo, design, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse them without our prior written consent, except as allowed by limited browsing and sharing of public pages.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jaaydaad and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim or one hundred Pakistani Rupees (PKR 100), except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jaaydaad and its officers, employees, and partners from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your listings, or your violation of these Terms.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
